Hey, I’m Michelle
I’m a wellbeing coach. I help people regulate their nervous system and reconnect with their inner stability through mind-body medicine, yoga, mindset, and embodied practice.
Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot. They’re busy, a little internally tangled, and just trying to keep it all together. They’re self-aware, not looking to be fixed, just seeking some support to return to themselves, to feel anchored, steady and connected.
Whether through retreats, programs or 1:1 coaching, I hold space for you to reconnect, rebuild trust in your inner resources, and at your own pace, find your way back to balance.
Together, we create space for you to slow down, breathe, and listen to what your body and heart really need. Without perfection, just presence, practice, and small steps forward.
