Hey, I’m Michelle

I’m a wellbeing coach. I support people to regulate their nervous system and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness through body-based practices, mindset, and practical tools.

Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot. Life is full, the mind can feel busy, and there’s often a quiet sense of being a little off or stretched. They’re self-aware and not looking to be fixed — just wanting support to feel more anchored, clear, and connected.

Whether through retreats, immersions, programs, or 1:1 coaching, I create space for you to reset, rebuild trust in your inner resources, and move back towards balance in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Together, we slow things down enough for you to breathe, listen, and respond to what your body actually needs.

No perfection. Just presence, consistency, and small, meaningful shifts over time.
