My Approach

Grounded. Practical. Human.

My work is grounded in helping people feel more steady, clear, and at ease within themselves.

It began in 2014, through a personal meditation practice that supported me during the stress and pressure of running a business in hospitality. What started as a way to cope became a way of understanding how the body and mind respond to challenge — and how we can work with that, rather than against it.

Like many people, I’ve navigated seasons of intensity and uncertainty.

Becoming a mother to my two daughters, Valentina and Florence, came with its own challenges — including miscarriage, difficulty conceiving, and postnatal depression. There were periods of disconnection, where I felt far from myself and unsure how to find my way back.

That experience shaped the way I approach this work.

Not from a place of fixing or forcing change — but from learning how to slow down, listen, and rebuild a sense of safety and trust within the body.

Over time, I’ve explored a wide range of practices and training, including somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation, yoga, and nervous system-based approaches. What I’ve taken from this is not complexity, but clarity — simple, effective ways to support how we feel and function.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when everything builds at once — stress, emotion, responsibility, pressure.

And I also know that change doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from learning how to meet yourself differently.

This work is about creating space to do that — in a way that is practical, grounded, and sustainable.
